AI integration for small & mid-sized businesses

AI that fits the way your business already works.

We map the processes you run today, place AI only where it removes real hours, and stay with your team until it's simply how the work gets done.

First engagement

4 weeks

From first conversation to something your team actually uses.

Commercials

Fixed fee

Mapping and prioritisation priced before you commit.

Built in

Your stack

No proprietary platform, no lock-in, no licence to resent.

Team

Senior only

The people who scope the work are the people who build it.

What we do

Four things, done properly.

No platform to buy, no year-long transformation programme. One process at a time, proven before we move to the next.

01 — Integration

AI placed inside the workflows you already run

We work from your actual process map, not a blank slate. AI goes at the specific steps where it earns its keep — drafting, extracting, triaging, checking — and leaves the rest of the workflow intact.

  • Process mapping
  • Tool selection
  • Integration
02 — Automation

Automations built with your team, not around them

We connect the systems you already pay for and automate the handoffs between them. Your people sit in the build, so they can change it later without calling us.

  • Workflow automation
  • Systems plumbing
  • Internal tools
03 — Redesign

The processes worth rebuilding, rebuilt

Some steps shouldn't be automated — they should be deleted. We're honest about which is which, and we rebuild the ones where AI changes what's possible rather than only what's faster.

  • Process redesign
  • Bottleneck analysis
  • Measurement
04 — Partnership

We hold the hand through the whole journey

Most AI projects fail at adoption, not at the model. We train the team, write the playbooks, review what's working every month, and hand the keys over when you're ready to run it yourselves.

  • Enablement
  • Governance
  • Monthly review
Method

A first result inside a month.

Not a slide deck — a working thing your team uses, running on your real data.

  1. Week 1

    Map

Three days with the people doing the work — including the spreadsheets and workarounds nobody put in the SOP.

  2. Week 1–2

    Prioritise

Candidates scored on hours saved, error cost and effort. A ranked list, and what to leave alone.

  3. Week 2–4

    Build

The smallest useful version, in your stack, on your real data. One process, one team, one outcome.

  4. Week 4–6

    Roll out

Side-by-side running, guardrails, and a human check where it matters. We fix what real use exposes.

  5. Ongoing

    Embed

Training, documentation and a monthly review against the numbers agreed up front.

Questions

The things people ask.

We're small. Are we too small for this?

If you have a process that a few people repeat every week, there's something here for you. Most of our work is with teams between 10 and 250 people — small enough to change quickly, big enough that the repetition costs real money.

What does an engagement cost?

The mapping and prioritisation piece is a fixed fee, so you know the number before you commit. Build work is quoted per process once we both know what it involves. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer you can stop at any time.

Where does our data go?

Wherever you decide. We design for the boundary you're comfortable with — your existing cloud tenancy, enterprise agreements with no training on your data, or fully on-premises where the sensitivity calls for it. That goes in writing before anything is built.

Our team is nervous about AI. Does that matter?

It's the most important factor, and we plan for it. The people doing the work help design the change, review the output, and keep the final say. Anything built without them tends to quietly stop being used.

What if we already tried something and it didn't stick?

Very common, and useful — it usually tells us exactly where the process breaks. We'll look at what was built, salvage what's worth keeping, and be direct about what should be retired.

Start here

Tell us about one process that annoys everybody.

Thirty minutes, no deck. We'll tell you whether there's something worth doing — and if there isn't, we'll say that too.
